In addition to our food truck operations, Strudelteig operates a kitchen delivery service for the greater Charlotte, NC area. Should your party/event be below the minimum size for our food truck to make an appearance, you can still buy our products in bulk for delivery or pickup.

Pricing and quantities on this page are for situations where you plan on doing the serving yourself (non-catering service). The products on this page represent only a small cross-section of what we are capable of producing, so if you have a special request for specific European foods not mentioned here, please feel free to get in touch to discuss, as we probably know how to make it. All products will be contained in disposable food service containers and/or bakery boxes. Fully-compostable serviceware and eating untensils, etc. are available at a 10% surcharge.

Savory Menu:

  • Schweineschnitzel (Available year-round). Austrian-style, pork cutlet, hammered out by hand, seasoned, breaded, and deep fried. These are sold fully cooked and blast-refrigerated, with instructions on how to 'finish' them (10 minutes) in your oven at home or onsite at your event. Also can be delivered hot. Excellent paired with Viennese-style potato salad and cranberry sauce. 8 servings. $89.
  • Karottensalat (Viennese-style Carrot Salad) (Available year-round). Austrian-style shredded carrot salad, uniquely made with lemon juice, vinegar and oil (no mayo). Excellent paired with Wiener Schnitzel or Bavarian Pretzels & Bratwurst. Full size pan (approx. 12 - 15 servings). $28.
  • Semmelknödel (Available year-round). Austrian-style 'bread-dumplings', uniquely made with crumbled kaiser rolls, herbs, egg and various other ingredients. Drop-boiled. Excellent paired with sauerkraut and/or other menu items, such as Schweinebraten or Viennese Gulasch. Full size pan (24 servings). $48.
  • Schweinebraten (Available year-round). Austrian-style roast pork shoulder joint, slow-roasted with crackling skin atop. Excellent paired with sauerkraut and/or other menu items, such as knödel. Large roast (approx. 15 - 20 servings). $72.
  • Chicken Schnitzel (Available year-round). Fusion food for chicken-eaters. Free-range chicken breast, hammered out by hand, seasoned, breaded, and deep fried. These are sold fully cooked and blast-refrigerated, with instructions on how to 'finish' them (10 minutes) in your oven at home or onsite at your event. Also can be delivered hot. Excellent paired with Viennese-style potato salad and fresh baked kaiser rolls. 8 servings. $59.
  • Viennese Gulasch (Available year-round). Austrian-style beef stew, with slow-cooked tender chuck beef, garlic and onions. A show-stopper, with a glorious red-sheen from paprika and beef stock on the surface. Excellent paired with Semmelknödel. Full size pan (approx. 12 - 15 servings). $98.
  • Tiroler Gröstl (Available year-round). Austrian, 'Après-ski'-style potato, onion & garlic hash (with mountain herbs), browned to perfection. (approx. 15 servings). $42. *Add smoke-cured pork, steak-strips or chopped bratwurst. +$19.
  • Imported Bavarian Bratwurst (Available year-round). Authentic, with smooth texture and correct flavor profile. Fully Cooked and blast-refrigerated. Can be oven-heated at your event or party (7 minutes). 24 Sausages. $72.
  • Bavarian Soft Beer Pretzels (Available year-round). Artisan soft pretzels, moisture content 50% Bavarian beer. Hand-crafted using high-grade, imported (Italian) milled flours. Perfect for parties. If you prefer, we can 'par-bake' these, as they are very easy to finish in your home oven (to serve with a 'fresh-baked' taste). 1 Dozen. Small $36 -or- Large $48.
  • Whole Italian Meats Strudel (Available year-round). Austrian-style strudel dough, crafted from Organic North Carolina-milled flour. Baked with Sweet Capicola, Salami, Pepperoni, Mozzarella, Olive Oil & Herbs. (approx. 4 - 6 servings). $27.
  • Käsespätzle (Available year-round). Austrian-style pasta 'dumplings', crafted from 100% NC-milled organic flour. Melted with swiss, muenster, garlic and caramelized onions (European-style macaroni & cheese). Full size pan (approx. 15 servings). $42. Optionally add NC smoke-cured pork: +$7.
  • Austrian-style Apple-infused Sauerkraut (Available year-round). Authentic recipe, with onions, apples & spices. Excellent paired with brats and pretzels or Speckknödel. 15 servings. $38.
  • Austrian-style Red Cabbage (Rotkraut) (Available year-round). Authentic recipe, with red cabbage, onions, apples, dry red wine and seasonings. Excellent paired with brats, Schweinebraten or Speckknödel. 15 servings. $48.
  • Fresh-baked Austrian-style kaiser rolls (Available year-round). Traditional European style kaiser rolls (Semmel). Fresh-baked. Crusty outside, soft & fluffy inside. 1 Dozen Rolls. $28.
  • Artisan Swedish Meatballs (Available year-round). Traditional Swedish-style pork and beef meatballs, ground fresh in our kitchen. Served in a rich, creamy beef sauce, with organic lingonberry preserves on the side. Approx. 12 servings. $78.
  • Bratwurst Burgers (Available year-round). Our own 1/2 lb. burgers, made from scratch with 100% NC ground pork shoulder and Bavarian-style mountain herbs. Great for parties and cookouts! We can supply raw for you to grill at home or pre-cooked and ready to go. 12 servings. $72.

Sweet Menu:

  • Whole Nussstrudel (Available year-round). Austrian-style shortcrust strudel dough, crafted from Organic North-Carolina-milled flour. Wrapped around a traditional, Austrian-style, sweet walnut filling and dusted with sugar. 4 - 6 servings.$27.
  • Dark Cherry Polenta Strudel (Available year-round). Our own Austrian, country-style strudel dough (Beugerlteig), with seasonal dark cherries and sweet Italian polenta filling. Dusted with sugar. 4 - 6 servings.$26.
  • Wild Blueberry Polenta Strudel (Available year-round). Our own Austrian, country-style strudel dough (Beugerlteig), with Canadian mountain blueberries and sweet Italian polenta filling. Dusted with sugar. 4 - 6 servings.$26.
  • Milchrahmstrudel (Available year-round / Min. Order of 2 strudels). Not a bread pudding, well maybe it is. But this is also definitely a strudel. Traditional Austrian-style strudel dough crafted from 100% NC-milled organic flour. Essentially served with hot Vanillesauce. 4 - 6 servings. $29.
  • Whole Chocolate Strudel (Available year-round). Austrian-style shortcrust strudel dough, crafted from Organic North-Carolina-milled flour. Wrapped around a soft-set 'brownie' filling. Dusted with sugar. 4 - 6 servings. $27.
  • Whole Fruits of the Forest Strudel (Available year-round / Min. order of 2 strudels). All-butter puff pastry, crafted from Organic North-Carolina-milled flour. Filled with Apples, Strawberries, Blackberries, Raspberries and Blueberries. 4 - 6 servings.$32.
  • Whole Topfenstrudel (Available year-round / Min. order of 2 strudels). Rum-fortified, shortcrust strudel dough, crafted from Organic North-Carolina-milled flour. Wrapped around a traditional filling of tangy, curdy farmer's cheese. Dusted with sugar. Seasonal Fruit Compote on the side available at an additional charge. 6 servings. $34.
  • Topfen-Kirsch Kuchen (Available year-round). Traditional, all-butter vanilla cake, layered with farmers cheese and whole dark cherries. Dusted with sugar. 12 Mini Cakes (4 inches diameter). $59.
  • Irish Cream Roulade (Available year-round). Chocolate sponge cake, drizzled with Bailey’s Irish Cream liquor. Rolled up around a fresh whipped cream filling, infused with Irish whiskey. Dusted with sugar. Approx. 14 servings. $48.
  • Sachertorte (Available year-round). Classic Viennese-style rich chocolate cake with two dense layers of sponge, separated by a generous layer of artisan apricot jam. Finished with an encasement of chocolate fudge / ganache. 6 - 8 servings. $38.
  • Grießschmarrn (Available year-round). Clumpy Cream of Wheat, oven-baked with Rum-Raisins (optionally). Dusted with sugar and served with plum compote on the side. 8 - 10 servings. $28.
  • Topfen-Grießschmarrn (Available year-round). Clumpy Cream of Wheat, oven-baked with tangy farmers cheese. Dusted with sugar and served with cherry compote on the side. 8 - 10 servings. $37.
