Our Viennese Apple Strudel is made with 100% Organic, North Carolina-milled soft flour and 100% North Carolina mountain-grown cooking apples, sourced from various orchards in the Asheville area.
Our dough is hand-pulled to a ‘thin-ness’ that a newspaper can be read through and then rolled to perfection, with real butter providing the flaky texture and taste for which there can be no substitute.
Finish it off with a dusting of powdered sugar or a ladle full of scratch-made hot vanilla custard!
